All requests for cancellations or substitutions in regard to conference registration must be received in writing at 31st IAEE Conference Organizational Committee. Cancellations are fully refundable if requests are received on or before April 30, 2008. After this date each is subject to a non-refundable € 200.00 administrative fee. Requests for cancellations received after May 12, 2008 will not be honored; and in such cases no refund can be made from the original registration fee, nor is any refund allowed for no-shows. There are no exceptions to this policy. Should you be unable to attend, however, a substitution may be made to transfer your fully paid registration to another member of your organization at any time up to June 18, 2008.

Those participants who select the “Student Registration” option and register at the 31st IAEE Congress as a student will need to provide a written proof of their student status (to be obtained from the institution at which they hold their student standing), by May 12 (if they are the presenting Author of any accepted Concurrent Session presentation) or by May 31 (if they are not presenting any paper at the Conference). If such proofs (of student status) are not provided by the given dates, unfortunately, their registrations will need to be cancelled and their papers will be taken out of the program.
